Situation

NAI Robert Lynn was engaged to assist Allied International Emergency locate and purchase a new facility for their expanding operation.  Allied currently had their office/warehouse at one location, and had a second location for their outside storage.  They wanted to combine both locations under one roof and were limited geographically on where they wanted to be.

NAI Robert Lynn was able to identify an option in Allied’s target area that met their requirements in one location.  NAI’s was also able to aggressively negotiate the sales price down and assist their client in all aspects of their due diligence.  After the organized due diligence, Allied closed on the facility and was able to meet their goals.
