NAI Robert Lynn was engaged by Walker Construction to lease their facility at 3733 Flory.  They had occupied the location for 20 plus years, and their business model had changed.  The facility was specialized due to a disproportionate amount of office space but offered a great location with fenced outside storage.

Walker Construction was adamant that they did not want to sell the building, but after NAI Robert Lynn educated them on pricing expectations based upon the market conditions; they reconsidered.  NAI Robert Lynn was able to find a buyer to pay a price that was indicative of the lack of supply for sale on the market and negotiate a short-term leaseback that allowed for Walker Construction to find an alternative location to meet their needs for their business model.
