After several months of searching, an option came to market that was advertised as for lease only. The property was a great fit for Empire and despite the fact that it was only for lease NAI called the agent representing the ownership to ask if the building could be purchased. Although the ownership had little interest in selling, they gave the agent a number that they would be willing to sell. Given the lack of options and knowledge of new construction prices, the number was agreeable to Empire. NAI assisted Empire through the due diligence process, and Empire closed on the facility in short order.
