Todd’s hard work, tenacity, humility, vast market knowledge and unwavering dedication to his clients have allowed him to become one of the top brokers in Forth Worth and Dallas. He has closed well over 500 transactions with a value over $500 million and over 35 million square feet in industrial, office and land transactions.

Todd, originally from Brownwood, Texas, joined the Robert Lynn Company in 2003 as Market Director of Fort Worth, quickly progressing to Vice President in 2005 and Executive Vice President and Director of Brokerage Services in 2007. In 2012, Todd was named President of the NAI Robert Lynn Fort Worth office, hiring and leading a team of ten brokers providing office, industrial, retail, land and property management services. Since 2012, Todd has contributed to the overall NAI Robert Lynn company growth as a Principal of the organization.

Todd and his family are proud Tarrant County residents, having made Southlake home for over ten years.

Michael employs his market knowledge to give clients the opportunity to make fully informed real estate decisions. He does this by personally tracking all the real estate transactions, owners, tenants, and available space in his market. By combining this knowledge, along with looking at the core business needs of each client, he is able to provide optimal and individualized real estate solutions. This has resulted in Michael closing over XXXX transactions with a value of over $XXXX and over XXX square feet in industrial, office and land transactions.

In 2007, Michael began his career at NAI Robert Lynn as a Market Director for Fort Worth, working directly with Todd Hubbard. In 20XX, he was promoted to Vice President and once again promoted to Executive Vice President in 20XX. Since then, Todd and Michael have grown their business and reputation to be one of the most respected teams in the Tarrant County industrial market.

Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Michael worked in the mortgage industry as a loan specialist, focused on home equity loans, where he learned to understand the intricacies associated with the financial side of real estate transactions.
Michael gradated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth and currently resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.

Jeff is the newest member of Team Hubbard, joining in 2016 with the responsibility to ensure that our clients receive first class service by fully assisting Todd Hubbard and Michael Newsome through the entire transaction process. Additionally, Jeff is building is own direct client base to further expand the reach of service Team Hubbard provides in the metroplex.

Jeff honorably served our nation’s military in the Army, where he completed two overseas tours to South Korea and Afghanistan. After the Army, Jeff attended the University of North Texas, where he graduated Cum Laude with a BBA concentration in Real Estate. Jeff’s discipline, attention to detail and work ethic are invaluable additions to Team Hubbard and our clients’ experience.
