NAI Robert Lynn was engaged by the ownership to lease the subject property.  The property had never been vacant under current ownership, but the existing tenant chose to consolidate this operation to another location outside of Mansfield.

NAI highlighted the unique characteristics of the facility that included cranes, paint booth, sand blast area, heavy power, and outside storage.  Through highlighting those aspects of the property, NAI was able to garner interest from a number of tenants that required those building features for their operation. Ultimately, AFT was expanding and required virtually all of the infrastructure currently in place.  NAI was able to negotiate a long-term lease agreement with an established tenant.
