NAI Robert Lynn was engaged to assist Mail Presort with their renewal negotiation. Mail Presort needed to refurbish their office and had no desire to move due to the amount of equipment and infrastructure they had in place within their facility.

As a result of that, Mail Presort was able to get a fair market deal with a refurbishment of their office area in an expeditious manner.
