NAI Robert Lynn was engaged to assist IDC with their need to downsize their operations by subleasing their space.  IDC had lost one of their largest customers, and they needed to eliminate overhead so that they could continue to operate profitably.

Despite a large amount of competing properties, NAI Robert Lynn was able to generate strong activity through its proactive marketing approach.  With a number of potential tenants considering the facility, a prospective purchaser of IDC’s business was forced to move quickly so that they could secure use of the facility through the leverage created by NAI Robert Lynn.  NAI Robert Lynn was able to work with the landlord to finalize an assignment of the lease to the purchasing entity that released IDC of the lease obligation after certain requirements were met.
